Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood1996

"Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking your Juice in the Hood" is a parody of a lot of Afro-American movies, for instance "Boyz N the Hood", "South Central", "Menace II Society", "Higher Learning" and "Juice". We follow Ashtray as he returns to the place he grew up in and meet his father and his basket-case friends. A lot of crazy stuff happens, for example, Ashtray is older than his father and his best friend Loc Dog's grandmother is a trigger-happy old lady who blames her eccentric-looking kid for not being tough enough.

its a very funny comedy, making fun of a great movie called boyz n the hood. the wayans brothers show some great signs of comic genious and its a cult classic.

This is a pretty good comedy, but without real direction or point,it kinda lacks the punch you would expect. It starts out insanely dated as anyone who hasnt seen the 'hood movies of the late 80s and early 90s wouldn't know what the hell is going on and the refrences would be lost.
its a good one shot laugh, but after the first few viewings, its just tedious

This is a funny movie with a long name. It is a okay comedy but the laughing was lacking in the middle. Some scenes were so funny that I nearly peed in my pants like the pants on the ground part at the barbecue. But some scenes where kinda stupid.I kinda liked it.I guess.

Don't Be a Menace is a pretty good comedy, but some of the laughs seem to be lacking. There are some parts of this film that are hilarious, like the grandma drive-by scene. Then there are other scenes that are just downright stupid and boring. I don't know about this one overall. You will either hate it or love it.

This movie is hilarious from begining to end. If you really appreciate African American humor then you will LOVE this movie but if not then most of the jokes will go over your head

Some hilarious scenes here, makes fun of the ghetto stereotypes, and some hilarious sends up of the malt liquor culture. The gratuitous swearing and gun references also is quite funny. Beyond the laughs theres not much else though.

Spoof of Menace II Society. Watch menace II society and boys N da hood (gangster movies) before watching this. You must have a sense of humour to watch this movie! This movie was an awesome spoof!

OMG, this film is fucking hilarious. Watching this film when I was younger I loved it, even though I hadn't seen the films they were paroding. After watching this film and having seen Boyz N The Hood and few other "hood" films I thought it was even better.
The Wayans Brothers are to the 90's, what ZAZ(Zucker Abrahams Zucker) were to the 80's, just the best in terms of spoofs. Too bad both sets of spoof kings have fallen off over the years.
Marlon Wayans and Shawn Wayans team up for the first time as cousins, living in South Central LA and having to deal with prejudice, sex and more.
This is a film you have to see to believe, beware though, someone may ask you to..umm never mind, lol 5 out of 5 in terms od parodies
